What is print-on-demand, and why do you use it?

Print-on-demand means each item is made only after an order is placed. This helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and lower our environmental impact while offering fresh, made-for-you apparel.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each item is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3–7 business days within the U.S. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options may be limited due to our print-on-demand process. Available shipping methods will appear at checkout.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because items are made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are handled in a case by case basis. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. Since items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes. We work with apparel brands and production partners that prioritize fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and ethical manufacturing standards.

Are the product images accurate to what I will receive?

Most of our product images are computer-generated mockups. The shirt colors shown are meant to represent the actual garment color, but may not be a 100% exact match due to various reasons, including differences in screen settings and the printing process. We do our best to keep everything as true to life as possible — and if you’re ever unsure, just shoot us a message before you order. We’re happy to help!
